Out With the Old

And in with the new!

One of my requests from Shannon's trip to the States was for new spatulas. I used to have three (secondhand) spatulas but during the Christmas season I broke one of them while making fudge. It looked a little better than the spatulas above, but not by much! So I've been pining after new, nice spatulas. Shannon's mom was kind enough to go to Williams-Sonoma to pick these up for me since they were on back order online. And then she decided to gift them to me, so I didn't even have to pay for them!

So are they all they're cracked up to be?

They're made of stainless-steel and silicone, and the silicone heads are removable and dishwasher safe.

They're heat resistant up to 500°.

I feel like I'm using real spatulas when I'm scraping the mixing bowl and not like I'm using a 2 x 4.

They're just pretty.

Yup, they're all they're cracked up to be!

Now I just need new knives...

  1. Yay! Little things like that just make a big difference. We have Ikea knives and we like them so that's a good option. We also have a knife sharpener so we keep them sharp.
